Reboot Sport Defender draws off understanding and insights from your club, league or association so that your return to sport is grounded in best practice and simplified. Gain confidence that you are implementing best practice approaches for the safety and wellbeing of your membership.

Priorities
Defenders are provided with interpretations of national, state and local requirements that are adapted specifically to suit local needs. The needs analysis will explore issues like older or at risk participants, the specific layout of club venue/s, current situation with membership and income. This will allow a tailored plan to be created, taking into account really practical scenarios.
What is included?
- Needs analysis including survey and phone or video consultation with Board or Committee delegate/s
- Needs assessment
- Recommended practical priorities
- Production of templates for communication, signage and recommendations on existing resources relevant for your environment
- Workshop with Board / Committee (Up to 60min)

Introduction
Reboot Sport Attack draws off understanding and insights from your club, league or association so that your return to sport is grounded in best practice and simplified. Gain confidence that you are implementing best practice approaches for the safety and wellbeing of your membership and your club, league or association.
Once you have the foundations in place, you will be well placed to attack some of the related issues that may be impacting on ability to be sustainable through the COVID-19 recovery phase. Set up some clever strategies to position yourself through a disruptive year, with members, volunteers and sponsors engaged for 2024.

- Review and implement policies and actions designed to strengthen club
- Be responsive to the impacts from community issues impacting participation
- Strong communication with members and stakeholders

Through Reboot Sport Attack, you will receive interpretations of national, state and local requirements adapted specifically to suit local needs. The needs analysis will explore issues like older or at risk participants, the specific layout of club venue/s, current situation with membership and income. This will allow a tailored plan to be created, taking into account really practical scenarios while also working to strengthen the position of the club, league or association.

- Consultation with 2-3 identified contributors (eg. volunteer, sponsor, committee)
- Needs assessment
- Recommended practical priorities and broader club policy or actions to strengthen position of club, league or association
- Production of templates for communication and a recommended communication plan.
- Signage and recommendations on existing resources relevant for your environment.
- Two workshops with Board / Committee (Up to 60min each)

Gain confidence that you are implementing best practice approaches for the safety and wellbeing of your membership and your club, league or association.
Once you have the foundations in place, you will be well placed to address some of the related issues that may be impacting on ability to be sustainable. Set up some clever strategies to position yourself with members, volunteers and sponsors engaged for 2024.
Premiers implement strategies to thrive in 2023 and beyond while still in the depths of the current season, with ongoing consultation and advice for up to 6 months. Premiers will receive guidance on broader participation and community engagement to strengthen funding options.

- Plan and prepare strategies to move through impact of reduced participation
- Review and implement policies and actions designed to strengthen club
- Identify and act on sustainable strategies for longer term success
Priorities
Through Reboot Sport Premier, you will receive interpretations of national, state and local requirements adapted specifically to suit local needs. The needs analysis will explore issues like older or at risk participants, the specific layout of club venue/s, current situation with membership and income. This will allow a tailored plan to be created, taking into account really practical scenarios while also working to strengthen the position of the club, league or association.
What is included?
- Needs analysis including survey and phone or video consultation with Board / Committee delegate/s.
- Consultation with 3-5 identified contributors (eg. volunteer, sponsor, committee)
- Needs assessment
- Recommended practical priority and broader club policy or actions to strengthen position of club, league or association
- Production of templates for communication and a recommended communication plan
- Signage and recommendations on existing resources relevant for your environment
- Two workshops with Board / Committee (Up to 60min each)
- Recommended actions for long term sustainability to access alternative funding sources, such as inclusive strategies, community partnerships specific to your state / region, with updates to funding opportunities provided for up to six months.*
